I had a large hole in my driveway and asked for referrals for concrete work on Nextdoor. Within 5 minutes, Joseph Moreno sent me a message and said Value Roofing could help. They came out immediately, gave me a quote, came back within a week when the weather was good and installed a new driveway. Price was very reasonable and they cleaned up everything. Great job and all of the guys did great work. Kadir made sure to check during the process to assure everything went well and that I was satisfied from beginning to end. I will also be using them to install a new roof.

I needed to file a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage on my roof. I was pretty stressed out and knew from all the reviews I've seen online this could be time consuming and a big headache if the job didn't go well. I was worried how much time I needed to invest. Then I met Carlos who was very knowledgeable with the whole process as well as patient answering all my questions. He helped me every step of the way and I never felt like I was lost on the process. Replacing a roof can be one of the biggest headaches when owning a home. I can say my experience was stress free! I am really happy with the results. From the first time you meet Carlos and company, you have the feeling that you have a close friend in the roof business, watching over your entire transaction. From the initial estimate to completely handling of the insurance claims and follow up, to being there as long as needed until you are ready to move forward. Never any sales pitch or pressure. When that time came, he was here to explain his estimate and go over any financing questions we had for him and made sure we understood and was comfortable with it all. Then we agree on a duration of the project and a start date. His men are there that day and completed in the duration set, including a complete clean-up where other then the new gorgeous roof, you would have no idea they were even there. You can try to find a better price but it would be difficult, you are not going to find better quality of work and a friend every step of the way. Thanks Carlos, appreciate it all.

This company is top notch. They stand by their word and product. They were on time, worked with us on the payment. They cleaned up the job site, you would not know they just removed the roof and gutters. Great customer service. From the moment I contacted Juan and Carlos, their team displayed professionalism and expertise. My home insurance did not approve my replacement for my roof after a tornado (Pasadena), Juan and Carlos fought on my behalf and got my claim approved! They provided a detailed estimate, and the crew arrived on time, working efficiently to complete the project within the promised timeframe. The quality of their work is outstanding Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they promptly addressed any concerns.
