From the first time you meet Carlos and company, you have the feeling that you have a close friend in the roof business, watching over your entire transaction. From the initial estimate to completely handling of the insurance claims and follow up, to being there as long as needed until you are ready to move forward. Never any sales pitch or pressure. When that time came, he was here to explain his estimate and go over any financing questions we had for him and made sure we understood and was comfortable with it all. Then we agree on a duration of the project and a start date. His men are there that day and completed in the duration set, including a complete clean-up where other then the new gorgeous roof, you would have no idea they were even there.
